Played high school ball for Head coach Bob Andrezjewski...played summer baseball for the Michigan Area Braves and Head coach Zach Mark...earned 5 varsity letters in addition to baseball, 3 playing swimming and 1 each in cross country and basketball...took home numerous awards for swimming including being a two time all-league performer, one time all-state and also being named the Saginaw County Swimmer of the Year one time...best baseball memory was going to the NJCAA World Series for the first time in program history...enjoys fishing and swimming in his spare time...majoring in Engineering...son of Ponce and Tracie Esparza...has one brother, Alec and one sister Sydney.
