Bio

Joel Prince is a seasoned golf professional with over twenty years of experience in the golf industry. A former member of the PGA of America, Joel has earned recognition not only as a skilled instructor but also as a competitive player. Throughout his career, he has worked with hundreds of students through private lessons, clinics, and seminars, helping countless golfers improve their game.

As a tournament winner in the Michigan PGA Section, Joel has competed extensively at the national level. His achievements include winning an automobile, recording seven holes-in-one, and setting four course records at prominent golf clubs:

  • The Dunes Club, New Buffalo, MI (69)

  • Spruce Run, Grand Traverse Resort, MI (64)

  • Chikaming Country Club, Lakeside, MI (63)

  • The Fortress, Frankenmuth, MI (64)

Joel’s leadership in the golf community includes serving as the Head Golf Professional at prestigious facilities, such as The Dunes Club in New Buffalo, which was named the #1 nine-hole course in the U.S. by Sports Illustrated. He was also a Project Manager, Head Professional, and Founding Member of Lost Dunes Golf Club in Bridgman, Michigan, which debuted as Golf Digest Magazine’s #3 Best New Private Course in 1999 and is currently ranked as Michigan’s #4 best course.
