Baseball Drops Both Games to Grand Rapids on Sunday

RECAP: Delta College fell to Grand Rapids in both games on Sunday afternoon. Grand Rapids took the early lead in the first game 4-0 in the top of the 4th and Delta got their lone run in the bottom of the 5th but Grand Rapids went away with game one with 3 more runs in the top of the 6th.

RECAP: In the 2nd game, Delta got 1 run in the bottom of the 2nd, but the Grand Rapids took an early lead in the top of the third scoring 5 runs. Despite out-hitting the Raiders 10-9 in the nightcap, the Pioneers couldn't overcome a big five-run third inning by Grand Rapids.
